Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us through the three forms on this site — the free guide request, the consultation request, and the join-our-team form. Depending on the form, that includes your name, email address, phone number, state, your answers to the questions on the form, any free-text message you write, your consent to be contacted, and the date, time and browser information recorded at the moment you submit.

We also collect standard analytics information automatically, such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, approximate location, and device and browser type.

How we use it

  • To send you the material you requested, such as the free guide.
  • To contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as you consented.
  • To discuss insurance and retirement options and, if you choose, to prepare quotes with the carriers we are appointed with.
  • To respond to inquiries about joining the team.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in our hosted database and emailed to Artis Insurance Group LLC. We use service providers to host the site, store the data, send email, and provide website analytics; they may process your information only to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to comply with a lawful request from a regulator.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance recordkeeping and telemarketing-consent obligations, and then delete or anonymize them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so except where a record must be retained by law.

Your choices — access, correction and deletion

To request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email cartis@artisinsurancegroupllc.com. We will verify your request and respond promptly.

Calls, texts and email opt-out

Consent to receive calls and texts is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages, reply HELP for help, ask us during any call to stop calling, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to measure traffic and improve the experience. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

California resident rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to correct inaccurate information, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Artis Insurance Group LLC does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To exercise them, email cartis@artisinsurancegroupllc.com.
